Flow Mach 100 Waterjet Cutting System

Our Flow Mach 100 Waterjet Cutting System uses a high-pressure water mixture that shoots through a narrow nozzle into a mixing chamber. This process creates a vacuum bringing a garnet abrasive substance into the water stream where it is precisely directed onto the desired material via a preprogrammed mesurements through the computer numerical control system or CNC. Our Flow Mach 100 Abrasive Waterjet Cutting System

We proudly operate a Flow Mach 100 Abrasive Waterjet. The Flow Mach 100 waterjet is a versatile machine featuring robust cutting capabilities and a programmable z-axis for added flexibility.

This machine has a 50" x 50" x 7" max cutting size with a linear straightness accuracy of 0.005 in/3 and [±0.13 mm/m]. It has repeatability of 0.0025" and cuts with 60,000 psi.

Plate Size: Up to 50" length and 50" width

Plate Thickness: Up to 7 inch thickness and more if needed
